CONDO REFRESHER

As a corporate duty of care, annual refresher training is a requirement for contractors deployed overseas to supply commercial services within the UK Ministry of Defence’s Joint Operations Area or theatre of operation in support of UK Armed Forces.

COURSE CONTENT

Our Condo training course has been designed to inform, demonstrate and provide up-to-date information to all contractors going to specific areas of operation.

The refresher course covers the modules in the full Condo course but the main focus will be on current Military Operations, Threat Awareness, Status of Forces Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding Issues.

The course will be specific to the areas in which the delegates will be attending on operation. Each delegate will receive an up-to-date information pack which would include; Risk Reports, Country Brief, Operation Brief, Facts and Figures on Population, Climate, Mapping as well as information on the protective equipment and emergency procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

Delegates must have completed formal training course prior to attending the course. An annual refresher course is recommended for any persons being deployed. Full training needs analysis between the client and our trainers, to include factors such as the nature, location and geography of the operation, the duration of task, the threat, and the level of experience of those being deployed. All of which are unique to the specific requirements of each client prior to any training taking place.
